1. How do you calculate the amount of posts each board has?
The Biggest Boards ranking lists are calculated using a custom script that automatically goes out and updates each boards stats on a daily basis.

2. When does the list update each day?
The lists are updated multiple times a day. Typically your site will show up on the list approx. 60 minutes after you submit it. If your site does not show up within a few hours please contact us.

3. Is TBB directly affiliated with any board or forum software?
Absolutely not. People using any and all forum or message board software are welcome to submit their site to be included on the list.

4. How do you pick the Board of the Month?
Randomly. Our team reviews thousands of sites a month. We collectively decide on a new site to feature each month.

5. My board is not showing on the list. Why?
It could be a variety of reasons.
- Typically it takes 3-6 hours for a site to show on the list. This is based on the time of day you initially submit you site.
- The URL you initially listed when submitting when your site may have a spelling mistake.
- The URL you initially listed when submitting your site is correct, but the page does not show the required threads, posts, and members statistics. This could also lead to incorrect totals showing on the list.
- Your forum does not use the English language. At this time The Biggest Boards only accepts English language message boards. In the future we plan to add other language forums to our list.

6. What is required on my forum to be included on TBB list?
You must have a page that clearly shows the current amount of posts, threads, and members for your board.

7. Can I advertise on The Biggest Boards?
Yes. We have a variety of advertising opportunities on the main site, blog and forums. Please see the Advertise page for more information on what is available.

8. Are all boards allowed to be on the list?
The Biggest Boards reserves the right to not include any site on its list at its own discretion and without explanation. Any derogatory slurs; racial comments; belligerent, aggressive, or threatening actions; will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from the list, blog, and webmaster message boards.
At this time The Biggest Boards only accepts English language message boards. In the future we plan to add other language forums to our list.

9. Can I put a banner on my website for The Biggest Boards?
YES, and thanks for asking! We have a variety of banners available for use on your site.
