yes, as much as possible. Some wont let us promote there because we don't use the software. they will acknowledge that what we offer here is very positive for their forums, but their rules still do not allow it. But as always, we will not stop looking for ways to promote TBB! Thanks!
I'll spread the word to a few small forum owners today. Also, I submitted FileFront Gaming Forums for additin to THE list. No Big List is complete without them.
Do you accept boards that are on free hosting accounts or do you have to own your site?
I am talking about the "Create your own free forum" type places like SMFFORFREE and PHPBBSERVER.COM built forums, where anyone can build a forum but the forum url is shared like http://www.phpbbserver.com/YOURSITE
I just wondered if you accept them sort of forums or whether you have to own the forum such as paying for the hosting/domain name rather than the free sorts?
Ok will let people know on the free hosting forums... a lot of the admins of these forums have been going for years on phpbb2 and now 3 and look for ways to rank themselves. I just wasnt sure if they would be accepted being as they dont own their hosting domains etc.
No worries, already started to spread the word. So if you get a sudden surge of phpbbserver.com hosted forums then you know who just gave them all inspiration to come check you out ;)
I think privacy. They only want members to see what other members are on. They don't care if it shows who was on today in the member stats but want the Who's Online private.

first off - thank you for telling people about the list. it is growing fast and that is exciting.
There is no current time table for the script for the private sites stats, but it IS something on the development list. We are working on how the current script works, reports, etc to have the most accurate stats available with the muliple day updating. Unlike any similar sites in the past that only updated once a day or once a week, our stats are updating 4, 5 or more times a day, which presents a whole new set of challenges like sites that are down at the time the script runs get skipped until the next time, etc. BUT that being said with each new day/week the way the site works is evolving and getting better.
Finally I would love to figure out a way that the stats for posts and members can be removed from the "who's online box" for wowbb, wowultra and wowclassic sites like it is on VB, phpbb and other sites. That would alleviate many of the privacy issues I believe.
