I have not tried WowBB yet, and I don't think I will try it out. My friend have used this forum software and he thinks it's absolutely great, however, from the looks of it, it doesn't look too appealing to me. I would prefer other free boards such as phpBB.
Holy moly, I didn't notice that - must have been a very recent change. I have no idea why the old one is back, very weird. I notice their support forums are not back, though. Some communication about this would be great, I can't stand the mystery!

It would be really nice if they focused a lot on their support forums considering that people will have numerous questions pertaining to the forum software.
You gotta use private support if you have a question. I guess newcomers can use a contact form, not sure.

I think it would be really helpful if they had a support forum so other experienced users could help out the people who are new to the software. They could also have moderators to ensure that the information that are given are correct.
They DID have a support forum. I used to post on it. It was taken down for reasons not explained a few months ago before their new version came out. Then the homepage had the new version for the last few weeks I think it's been. But today it seems that is gone for some reason.

That seems to be rather odd. Did you find the information on the support forum to be informational and did you provide help for others? I do think that they should put it back.

I agree, it's odd. Yes, I did contribute and receive help there. I too wish they would put it back up because sometimes I'd like to search for certain info I know is there, or may be.
