It is at the bottom of the page on the main forum page or the recent posts page. Click on Recent Posts and scroll to the bottom. You will see it there :)

Yep - It's at the bottom of the main forum index. It's a small section and not like IPB or vB, which both contains a myriad of info and can even sometimes (like JPiC Forum lol) be a bit bulky... I like its simplicity actually.
